Recently I took my car to the dealership where I bought my car. I went in for an oil change. After that, I was told I needed new brakes very soon as they were now metal on metal. I thought that odd as I hadn’t had any problems with my brakes. I then made my first appointment with King’s Auto on Main Street in Reading. I dropped off my car and within a few hours, I received a call from Robert, the owner, stating that I wouldn’t need brakes for another 10,000 miles. I was happily surprised and delighted that Robert was honest with me. Not only will I return to him when I need auto service but also many of my friends who were impressed with his honesty, are thinking of switching to King’s!

I always used Kings Complete Auto for all my mechanical work on my cars. When I purchased a new car in 2017 I stayed with the dealership for routine maintenance. Once the warranty expired I again went to Kings Auto. And as usual I was not disappointed. Dropped my car off for an oil and filter change. During their routine inspection of the entire vehicle they found an issue and quickly corrected it. Wondering why the dealership did not find it at my last visit. Cannot recommend King’s strongly enough for their outstanding service.
