I am a first time customer with Kings Complete Auto Center, having gone with the dealership up to now. I had an issue with my air conditioning and I was concerned the dealership might escalate the issue. Kings Auto resolved it and took the time to explain to me what the problem was. Thankfully the problem was more minor. I will definitely go back.

I am in town visiting with my daughter and her family. I had noticed that something was hanging down under the front end of my car and my brakes were making noise. My son in law who goes to King’s highly recommended them. I completed their appointment questionnaire and they scheduled me on a Wednesday. I called Monday morning to see if I could get in earlier and they told me to drop it off Tuesday am and they would try to fit me in. I dropped the car off at 9am. They called me to tell me I needed front brakes, the cost and that it would be done that day. It was at a fair price! I can’t say enough about this experience. It was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them again!!!

King's serviced our two vehicles back to back and got things done quickly and for a fair price. Like usual, they didn't try to upsell or fix things that didn't need fixing. I'll continue to go there.
