Quite possibly the rudest shop I have ever dealt with. I had taken my Mercedes for a B service about one year ago for the first time after moving in the area and asked to get called before replacing anything to understand cost. I never got a call and was told later that day the car was ready and was upset to find out that the cabin filter was replaced without asking first. Had to argue to put the one I put in myself back in the car and was still forced to pay the labor to do it as well as the labor to put the old one back in. I decided to give them another shot and to my surprise they don’t want to take my car because they are “too busy to deal with checking things and asking if I want this done or replaced before just replacing” ….. what?! I thought he was joking but was serious… what kind of service is this. Just rude, petty, and unprofessional for a service business. Don’t go here unless you want things replaced without getting notified until being asked to pay for it. Will be taking my vehicles elsewhere. Highly recommend going to one of the other many local shops

First of all we were never rude to you and just like you have the right to leave us a poor review I have the right not to service your car. I don't understand if we were that bad why are you trying to make another appointment with us? Your view on what happen on that first appointment and mine are much different.

The Kings team is awesome. I was having muffler issues and thought the cost to repair would be much higher than what Robert/Kings was able to do it for. They’re honest, transparent, and quick to repair/get you back on the road. Appreciate all your help guys!
